Seville embodies one of the most striking contrasts in cultural history. Its architectural legacy of Moorish courtyards, soaring Gothic cathedrals and Renaissance facades is set against the enduring presence of bullfighting — a practice steeped in ritual but shadowed by its violence. This work  forces us to ask how societies choose to honour their past: by celebrating art, knowledge and human achievement or by clinging to customs that glorify cruelty.
